I coach people on their work, their careers, and their lives. In a series of one-on-one session we'll talk, we'll draw, we'll imagine, we'll try psychometric tests and we'll make plans. I'm trained in a variety of techniques designed to facilitate your thinking around whatever it is that you want to gain clarity on.

EXECUTIVE COACHING
I'll come to your office armed with a full tool kit and in a series of one-on-one we'll explore how your staff can make the most of their potential and create a happy and fulfilling workplace to flourish in. The number of sessions and the confidentiality agreement will all be agreed in advance, all I'll need quiet meeting room and some willing participants.
LIFE COACHING
Life is inherently complicated. Coaching provides time and space for reflection. It's a chance to challenge your thinking and an opportunity to explore your life, direction, and choices creatively and in depth. People often come to coaching wanting to work on a particular challenge, change or goal but often just feeling a little dissatisfied but not sure why can be a great place to start.
