Change can bring out the best, and the worst, in our thinking and behaviours. The good news? There’s plenty we can do to manage change in a positive way.

  • looking to meet new people?

If you answered YES to one or more of the above, join experienced trainers and qualified coaches Alex and Pam for an interactive and informal session in a small group setting, learning about your relationship with change, what it means and looks like for you and others, and exploring a range of strategies to manage and bring about change in your life.

Also included in ticket cost:

  • Tea or coffee on arrival and mid-morning

  • mid-morning snack - please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.

  • a curated list of additional resources sent to you after the event
